1 teaspoon, grated Ginger
2 tablespoons, chopped Coriander Leaves
1 teaspoon Cumin powder
1 teaspoon Garam Masala
1 teaspoon Chaat masala
to taste Salt
for frying Oil
For Toppings
1/2 cup, whisked Yogurt
1/4 cup Tamarind Chutney
1/4 cup Mint Chutney
1/2 cup, finely chopped Onion
1/2 cup, finely chopped Tomato
2 tablespoons (crispy noodle snack) Sev
for garnish Coriander Leaves
for sprinkling Chaat masala

Prepare Aloo Tikki
