1 teaspoon Chaat masala
to taste Salt
for frying Oil
For Toppings
1/2 cup, whisked Yogurt
1/4 cup Tamarind Chutney
1/4 cup Mint Chutney
1/2 cup, finely chopped Onion
1/2 cup, finely chopped Tomato
2 tablespoons (crispy noodle snack) Sev
for garnish Coriander Leaves

• Mix well and shape the mixture into small round patties (tikkis).

• Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the tikkis until they are golden brown and crisp on both sides. Remove and drain on paper towels.
