Steps
1 Done | Clean the Sardines:Thoroughly clean the sardines by rinsing them under cold water. For extra freshness, add 1 tablespoon of vinegar or salt to the rinse water. Afterward, pat the sardines dry with paper towels |
2 Done | Marinate the Sardines:• In a blender, add ginger , garlic, turmeric powder, chili powders, Pepper Powder, salt, and lemon juice. Blend well as smooth paste • Rub this spice mixture all over the sardines, making sure they are evenly coated. |
3 Done | Marination TimeAllow the sardines to marinate for at least 15-30 minutes to let the flavors fully infuse |
