1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder

1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
1/2 teaspoon Fennel Seeds
A handful Curry Leaves
A few sprigs, chopped (for garnish) oriander Leaves

Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft and mushy.

Add the chicken pieces and sauté for 2-3 minutes, coating them well in the masala.

Cover and let it simmer on low heat for 25-30 minutes (or pressure cook for 3-4 whistles).
