    🔪 Instructions:

    1. Roast vermicelli (if not pre-roasted):
    In a pan, heat 1 tbsp ghee and roast the vermicelli until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

    2. Fry cashews and raisins:
    In the same pan, add another 1 tbsp ghee. Fry the cashew nuts until golden. Add raisins and fry till they puff up. Set aside.

    3. Cook vermicelli:
    Add 1/2 cup water (optional) and 4 cups of milk into a pot. Bring to a boil and add the roasted vermicelli. Cook until soft (about 8–10 minutes), stirring occasionally to avoid sticking.

    4. Sweeten it up:
    Once the vermicelli is soft, add sugar. Mix well and let it simmer for 5 more minutes.

    5. Flavor boost:
    Add cardamom powder and saffron (if using). Stir gently.

    6. Final touch:
    Add fried cashews and raisins. Mix everything well and switch off the flame.
