200 g paneer (cubed)
1 medium onion (sliced)
1 medium capsicum (sliced)
2 green chilies (slit)
3 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
1-inch size ginger (finely chopped)
2 tbsp spring onion greens (chopped)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp red chilli sauce
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp cornflour (dissolved in 2 tbsp water)
2 tbsp oil
Salt to taste

    Make the Paneer Chilli Filling

    1. Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic, ginger, and green chilies. Sauté until aromatic.

    3. Add soy sauce, tomato ketchup, chili sauce, and vinegar. Mix well.

    4. Stir in salt, pepper, and chili powder.

    6. Pour the cornflour slurry into the mixture and stir until the sauce thickens slightly.
