Kerala-style Beef Curry is a flavorful and aromatic dish made with tender beef pieces cooked in a fragrant blend of spices, onions, tomatoes, and coconut oil. This traditional South Indian curry is rich in flavor and pairs perfectly with rice or breads like paratha.
| 1 Done | Heat coconut oil in a pan and sauté the onions until golden brown. | 
| 2 Done | Add the ginger, garlic, and green chilies. Sauté for a few minutes until fragrant. |
