Steps
1 Done | In a large non-stick pan, combine the milk powder, heavy cream, and sugar. Mix well until smooth. |
2 Done | Place the pan over medium heat and stir continuously to prevent sticking. |
3 Done | Add the ghee and cardamom powder to the mixture. Keep stirring until the mixture thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan. |
4 Done | Once the mixture reaches a thick consistency, remove it from the heat and transfer it to a greased pan. |
5 Done | Smooth out the mixture evenly in the pan and sprinkle the chopped nuts on top. |
6 Done | Allow the barfi to cool and set for a few hours in the refrigerator. |
