Cancellations

Any cancellations to the order shall be made before the order is dispatched for shipping to claim a refund of the paid amount. Once the product is in transit, no refund requests can be accommodated.

To cancel an order, please send an email to info@punguskitchen.com with the subject line “Cancellation Request.” The email should include the following details:

• Reason for Cancellation:

Cancellation requests will be processed upon receipt of the formal cancellation email at info@punguskitchen.com. The refunded amount will be credited back to the same account within 7 to 10 days. Bank transaction charges will be applicable and borne by the customer.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

• Order cancellation
• Non-delivery of the order to the recipient (excluding cases of incorrect recipient information)
• Quality complaints verified by our team

Refunds are subject to evaluation by our management team. The final decision on refunds will be at the discretion of our management. Refunds will not exceed the amount paid by the customer. Refunds will not be issued for any discounted or exempted amounts. Any excess amount credited to the punguskitchen.com account may be utilized for order enhancements but will not be eligible for a refund.

Online Delivery retains the right to make decisions on all matters related to Cancellation and Refunds. Pungus Kitchen may update its Cancellation and Refund Policy periodically. Customers will be notified of any significant changes via email or website announcements.

Return Policy

Returns will be accepted based on the following parameters:

• Returns due to damaged or poor product quality will be considered.
• Customers must report any returns due to product issues within 48 hours of delivery.
• Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returned products.
